REPRESENTATION FOR CANCELLATION OF TENDER NOTICE ISSUED BY COMMISSIONER GHMC

A representation to Shri Akber Uddin Owaisi MLA, Floor Leader Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly is given for cancellation of tender notice issued by the Commissioner Greater Hyderabad Municiapal Corporation.  The said notice is issued calling for tenders from International Exporters of Meat and depriving the livelihood of local Quresh Community.  Mr. Faheem Qureshi Advocate President All India Jamiatul Quresh Action Committe informed him that the organization has filed the Writ Petitions in the High Court challenging the said tender notification.
